1. General provisions

1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Farmer AI platform available at farmerai.com.

2. The owner and operator of the platform is Farmer AI sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznan.

3. Using the platform means acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

1. Platform - the Farmer AI information system available online.

2. User - a natural or legal person using the platform.

3. Account - an individual user account on the platform.

4. Services - all functionalities available on the platform.

3. Registration and account

1. Using the full functionality of the platform requires creating an account.

2. Registration is voluntary and free of charge.

3. The user is obliged to provide truthful information.

4. The user is responsible for keeping login data confidential.

5. One account may be linked to one farm.

4. Platform services

The platform offers the following services:

• Organization and storage of agricultural documents
• Generating applications and forms
• Deadline reminders
• Information about subsidy programs
• Guides and instructions
• Farm management dashboard

5. Payments and subscriptions

1. The platform offers various subscription plans.

2. Payments are processed via secure payment systems.

3. The user can cancel the subscription at any time.

4. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable law.

6. User rights and obligations

The user has the right to:

• Use the platform services in accordance with these Terms
• Protection of personal data
• Submit comments and complaints

The user is obliged to:

• Comply with these Terms
• Provide truthful information
• Refrain from actions that may harm the platform
• Keep login data confidential

7. Liability

1. The platform is not responsible for administrative decisions made by state authorities.

2. Generated documents are of an auxiliary nature and may require verification.

3. The user is responsible for the content of submitted documents.

4. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from user errors.

8. Complaints

1. Complaints can be submitted to: reklamacje@farmerai.com

2. A complaint should include: a description of the issue, contact details, and account number.

3. Complaints are handled within 14 business days.

9. Change and termination of the agreement

1. The user may delete their account at any time.

2. The operator may suspend or delete the account in case of a breach of these Terms.

3. Users will be informed about changes to the Terms at least 7 days in advance.

10. Governing law

1. Polish law applies to matters not regulated by these Terms.

2. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the operator's registered office.

11. Final provisions

1. The Terms enter into force on January 1, 2025.

2. The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms.

3. In case of disputes, the Polish language version of the Terms shall prevail.
